Small robots, a scrapyard that keeps sending more, a card deck for you and one for the management.
Scrap happens. Survive it.
You drive one small robot across a broken industrial planet. It fires on its own; you steer, dodge and collect the golden nuts that destroyed robots leave behind. Every level-up, you pick an upgrade card. Every six minutes, a boss arrives. The swarm keeps growing.
There are no canned animations: legs find their footing, the unicycle leans when it speeds up, tracks rock back as they pull away. Every weapon and part you pick up is bolted onto the robot where you can see it.
You start with Spark; the rest unlock through achievements.
The map is made of industrial zones, and each one sends its own boss. Every boss warns you for a second before it strikes.
Up to four players on one screen, with keyboard halves and gamepads; anyone can drop in mid-match. Online, up to four players join with a six-character room code. Stand next to a fallen friend to bring them back. In Last Robot, up to nine players each fight on their own copy of the same map, and the one who lasts longest wins.
There is also a campaign: conquer regions on a map, build towers on captured cores and bring loot back to your workshop. The game speaks English, Polish, Chinese (Simplified), Finnish and Ukrainian.
Part one
Every level-up stops the chaos for a moment and offers three cards: weapons, weapon mods and robot parts. You take one, it gets bolted onto the robot where you can see it, and the shooting resumes. The offers come from your own 40-card deck, built between matches.
It shoots by itself. You drive and pretend that was the plan.
Count to three. Not two. Four is pushing it.
It's not a moon. Probably.
I'll be back. With a full bar this time.
Does nothing. Has a lovely personality.
Fire, ice, shock, acid and dark. When one shot carries two of them, they react on the hit. Three or more make a prism.

3+ elements: PrismWin and you keep three cards from the pack. Lose and you keep one, plus your dignity, roughly. Cards come from playing, never from a shop.
Part two
In a Deck Challenge the enemy plays cards as well. Its deck has 30 of them, and every 40 seconds the top one is drawn: faster robots, more mites, a horde from four sides, elites ahead of schedule. Boss modules go onto the Finale pile. After the 30th card, about twenty minutes in, the deck's boss rolls in with the whole pile attached.
Six decks ship with the game, issued by management in the finest bureaucratic tradition.
Order no. 001/2026
A bit of everything: faster robots, more mites, magnet cranes, a horde and elites. So management can say it tried.
Order no. 002/2026
Armored ice robots, ice resurfacers and cryo towers. Bring a coat.
Order no. 003/2026
Swarms of toxic robots, smog sprayers and sludge pumps doing their tricks more often. The inspector has been informed. The inspector has left.
Order no. 004/2026
You must play the Cryo deck it hands you, against heavy brutes, slag carts, ladle walkers and titans. Ice against a furnace. It's a test, says the form.
Order no. 005/2026
Double voltage: fast rollers, arc pylons and EMP drones. The boss gets short-circuit charges.
Order no. 006/2026
Elites and titans from the first minutes, phase stalkers and gravity wells. Nobody volunteered.
Beat every final boss of the campaign and the enemy cards unlock: you get the Trial Order and its cards, and more come in enemy boosters. Build a 30-card deck, pick its boss and map, and publish it. Other players take it on, and every deck keeps a board of each player's best score.
Every day and every week the server picks a deck. In the daily, your first run counts and the rest is practice; in the weekly, your best run counts. Good scores win card packs. Published decks and challenges are played online with an account, and for now accounts are invite-only while we test.
Every card in the game, player's and enemy's, in one swarm, and you are standing in the middle of it. Management calls this an efficient storage system.
I'm making this game on my own, with the help of AI tools. That's what lets it be free.
Online play needs servers, and servers cost money every month. That's why there's a fundraiser.
There are no ads and nothing to buy in the game. Supporting it is optional and gives no advantage in play.
AI helps me program: the game's code is written with AI coding tools. The graphics are low-poly shapes built in that code, and the sounds and music are synthesized by scripts. There are no AI-generated images, video or music in the game.
Donations go to three things: the servers for online play, further development, and artists who will make new graphics for the game. Supporting the game gives no advantage in play.
I'm still working out what the servers will cost. Once I know, I'll publish the monthly costs here. They will change with the number of players. All income and spending will be public.

The game isn't out yet. It starts on Windows, Linux and macOS through itch.io, and on Android. Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, iPhone and iPad come later. Free everywhere.
Yes. The whole game is free, with no ads. Donations are optional and pay for the servers, further development and new graphics.
A 30-card deck the enemy plays against you in a Deck Challenge: one card every 40 seconds, then a boss. Six come with the game; once you beat the campaign's final bosses you can build and publish your own, and other players can try to survive it.
First Windows, Linux and macOS (through itch.io) and Android. Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, iPhone and iPad later. Sign up for the beta to hear when each one opens.
No. There is nothing to buy in the game. Cards come from playing: a booster pack after each match. The only thing you can buy is a coffee for the servers, and it does nothing in the game.
No. Solo play, the campaign and couch co-op work offline. You only need a connection for online co-op, Last Robot and ranked play.
One player creates a game and gets a six-character code; friends join with that code and an optional password. The host's device runs the match, and a small relay server passes messages between players. Rooms exist only in the server's memory and disappear when the game ends.
Not yet for everyone. The online league and ranked play are invite-only for now, while we test them.
To the servers for online play, further development, and artists who will make new graphics for the game. Server costs are still being worked out; once they're known, the monthly costs will be published here, and all income and spending will be public.
The game has no ads and no analytics or trackers. Your progress, settings and nickname are saved on your device. In an online room, other players see your nickname but not your IP address. An account (e-mail and password) is optional and only needed for ranked play and syncing your card collection: the password is stored hashed, and the e-mail is used to confirm the account and reset the password. If you sign up for release news, we keep your e-mail until you unsubscribe.
